Nordic Road Map

Iceland presides the cooperation within the Nordic Council of Ministers in 2009 under the headline: The Nordic Road Map.

The main focus in the programme for the presidency is on promoting excellence in research, particularly as regards energy, the climate and the environment.

The programme has four main themes:

• Driving force
• Strength
• The Climate Challenge
• A Globalised Region
